The Egyptian handball team defeated Nigeria 27-27 in the quarter-finals of the African Games in Morocco to reach the semi-finals.

The Egyptian handball team managed yesterday to impose against Morocco with a score of 32/27 in its third meeting with the conclusion of the first round.

The team led by manager Hani Fakhrani defeated Guinea in the opening match of the tournament on Wednesday 42/22, before defeating Zambia 42/23.

The list of the Egyptian national team of this tournament includes elements of the youth team, young and adult, namely: Omar Al-Wakeel, Abdel Aziz Ehab, Shehab Abdullah, Ahmed Qassem, Saif Al- Deraa, Ahmed Rady, Mohsen Ramadan, Omar Castello, Khaled Walid, Abdallah Rahman Hamid and Saif Hani and Mohab Saeed.
