Pyramids thanked Hossam Hassan, the team's former coach, after his tee times after a 3-3 draw against Zamalek on Thursday in the Premier League.
The club wrote on Twitter on Sunday: "The club goes to the Pyramids thanks to the twins and the technical staff for what they gave to the first football team and wish them more success in the next phase."
Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan left the Egyptian team at the end of last October, before Pyramids announced his appointment as a coach to replace Ricardo La Volpe.
Hossam Hassan played 11 games with Pyramids, winning six wins and five draws, before Pyramids announced Saturday the appointment of Ramon Diaz as the team's successor.
