Saudi Attorney General Sheikh Saud Bin Abdallah al-Moajab arrested a man on Saturday in a video shot with a baby in his hand.
According to local news websites: "The Attorney General's Directive provided for the completion of the statutory proceedings of the incident in the light of the criminal procedure system, which behavior is considered to be conduct involving acts criminals and a flagrant violation of the child protection system ".
A video, widely circulated, showed a person holding a baby and firing several shots near the child, then placing the gun in his mouth.
