Indian billionaire Azim Premji, the second richest man in the country, has decided to donate $ 7.5 billion to his charity.
Azim Preemji, director of Wipro IT, will receive 530 billion Indian rupees ($ 7.5 billion) for his charity, which he donated for a total of $ 21 billion over several years, 67% of which the society.
Brimji's fortune, 73, is estimated at more than $ 18 billion, according to Bloomberg.
The first Indian to join the Giving Pledge charitable initiative launched by American entrepreneur and investor Warren Buffett, one of the most iconic figures in the world, and Melinda Gates, wife of Microsoft founder Bill Gates, is also one of the richest in the world.
