Al-Marsad Journal: Sources close to the youth administration revealed details of the injury to first-team footballer Abdullah Al-Hamdan last Sunday.
The sources pointed out that “Al-Hamdan” was injured in the leg because he broke one of the gates of Prince Saud bin Jalawi stadium with his foot after losing his team to Qadisiyah.
According to the Al-Jazeera newspaper, the sources said the player was in a nervous state and hit the glass door of the stadium with his foot, injuring him and a swollen joint.
The club’s management had submitted a report of breaking the door at the Sports Ministry and injuring the player, ahead of Al Ittihad clash next Friday.
