Just five days after the account of the CEO of Twitter, Mr. Jack Dorsey was hacked on the same Twitter network, another account seems to have been hacked by hackers.

The Twitter account of the American actress Chloe Moretz published strange tweets Wednesday before being deleted, either by the actress Chloe Moretz herself, or by Twitter. Tweets were sent to more than 3.1 million people as a result of this account. Trevor Duke-Moretz, the elder brother of the actress, said his account had been hacked.

On another hacked account, owned by rapper Joey Badass, the pirates posted a live chat with actress Chloe Moretz with the singer. This conversation and other tweets sent from the account were deleted later on the same Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon, the Twitter network has disabled the ability to publish tweets via SMS and use SMS to check the account, to avoid new crises. Online accounts are often compromised when a hacker calls the victim's carrier and requests that the number be transferred to a new SIM card, which is then used to recover the password and access the account.

"We are taking this step because of the weaknesses faced by the telecommunications companies and we are counting on a phone number associated with the account to validate two phases (we are working on improving)," said Twitter.
