Video and social media applications generated the most profits in 2018 on Apple's mobile devices for iPhone and iPad.
According to the Sensor Tower Analytics report, Chinese technology companies have dominated the list of the most profitable applications of the App Store this year, including Baidu and Tencent.
Here's a list of the most profitable apps on the August Store in 2018 based on the revenue generated by each app, as reported in the Sensor Tower Analytics report.
Netflix application
Netflix tops the list for the second consecutive year and this year makes a huge profit of only $ 790.2 million through the Store Store subscriptions.
Tencent Video Application
Tencent Video, the second largest video producer in China, earned $ 490 million.
Tinder application
