The study, whose results were reported by Sputnik Arab for The Mirror, surveyed more than 1,000 people aged 18 to 77 on their sleep patterns.
The study participants stated that they slept on their side and considered that it was at least comfortable to cope with the day; 40% of the 1,021 respondents said they did not sleep well.
