Idris said that he accepts Eid every year with all the joy of family reunions on the tables in homes and restaurants that offer a wide variety of high calorie and almost empty meals of nutritional value and which give only laziness, overheating and weight gain. We take care to choose what we eat … We eat to live and do not live to eat taking into account the fact that you must avoid candies and chocolates to dominate the hearth of every home and replace them preferably dried natural fruits without added sugars or natural fruits.
She stressed that "it is natural that there are many parties at Eid and that there is no objection to responding to the invitations but we should not stay fasting, never prefer to regularly eat basic meals according to the calories needed by the body. "
"The importance of keeping the basic meal dates with regular dates as the regular diet helps boost calorie burning and sleep schedules need to be organized because sleep is one of the causes of Obesity due to exercise on extra meals and excessive body prices. "
He explained: "We often forget to drink water, which is a major reason to boost the metabolism in order to lose weight and wash the body to rid it of toxins resulting from the consumption of high-sugar foods pastries and bakery products made from white flour and margarine.
She concluded by stating that "the attempt to preserve the sport helps burn extra calories and gives flexibility, fitness and physical activity to obesity." Obesity opens the door to many physical and psychological diseases that destroy life.
