The head of Tunisia's Independent High Electoral Commission, Nabil Bfoun, said that the number of people entitled to vote in the early presidential elections is estimated at 7 million and 88,000 voters, adding that the number of polling stations is 39, it had 13,450 offices in Tunisia and 384 polling stations outside.
