The youth club star, Turki Al-Ammar, a 19-year-old Saudi national, was crowned Asian Footballer of the Year 2018 by the AFC.

The Saudi Football Federation on Twitter congratulated the player Turki Al-Ammar for his prize.

Turki Al-Ammar contributed to the 19-year-old's victory in the Asian Cup on 4 November, after defeating South Korea.
