Turkish Trade Minister Rohsar Bakjan announced today, Friday, that “Exim Bank” has secured funding of $ 561 million for one year, under the coordination of Japanese bank “Mizuho”.
The minister said that the Turkish bank “Exim Bank” had obtained a new loan from banking consortium worth 561 million dollars, stressing that this financing testifies to the confidence of the world financial markets in the Turkish economy.
In a written statement, Bakjan pointed out that the aforementioned loan was participated by 23 banks in Europe, the Far East, the Gulf region and Turkey, under the coordination of the Japanese Bank Mizuho.
Bakjan underlined the importance of this loan in terms of financing exporters and small and medium enterprises which focus on exports, at the stage of the Corona epidemic.
It should be noted that the Turkish bank “Exim Bank” is qualified as a specialist in guaranteeing loans to exporters.
