Twitter has announced its use of researchers to study the health of the talks on its platform.
A group of these researchers is focusing on uncivilized speech, while another group is interested in how to bridge the gap between communities on Twitter, according to CNN.
This decision comes after Chief Executive Jacques Dorsey asked experts to help improve the site's health in March.
The word "health" has become a major echo in the company recently, during the second quarter, the earnings report announced last week attributed to the company a decline in the number of users in part decisions taken to prioritize the validity of the status.
The company cracked down on counterfeit accounts, eliminated suspicious accounts that stalked users, and removed apps that violated its policies.
In March, Dorsey stated that it was necessary to rethink the approach of the company, adding that Twitter had not fully anticipated or understood the negative consequences in the real world from a common platform.
He added that his goal is to use a rigorous and independent set of measures to measure the health of the platform, and plans to publicly share the results of these measures.
