The General Recreation Authority, headed by Turki Al-Sheikh, granted two licenses to two children in Riyadh simultaneously, at first.
Al-Sheikh commented that the market was open to all and that licenses had been granted in accordance with the requirements and controls, and said on Twitter:
The market is open to all according to certain requirements, in Riyadh and the same day, Mohammed Abdo, Rabah Sakr and two different companies.
Artists Khalid Abdul Rahman and Abdul Aziz Al Mansour will attend the festival at Princess Norah University in Riyadh, and should attend "Al-Sheikh" as promised, if not outside of Riyadh.
