The UAE Department of Health has lowered the minimum age for a person eligible to receive the corona vaccine from 18 to 16.

She added that this comes as an affirmation of the UAE’s proactive approach to taking care of the health and safety of every member of society.

The state provides all citizens and residents with the vaccine made by the Chinese state-owned “Sinopharm” company free of charge, but only Dubai is among the seven emirates that give citizens and residents the right to choose between “Sinopharma” vaccines. and “Pfizer – Biontech”.
