United agrees to transfer Villaini to Chinese league

LONDON (Reuters) – Manchester United has signed an agreement to transfer midfielder Marwan Villaini to Shandong Luneng, according to British media reports.
But the agreement may not be reached before the opening of the transfer window in China on February 28.
Belgian Villaini has regularly played United with former coaches David Moyes, Luis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho. He was used as a backup striker, but he came from the calculations of Preliminary Coach Jonar Solchar.
Villaini signed a contract with United until 2020 in June.
Villaini arrived at United in 2013 for 27.5 million pounds ($ 36 million) after former coach Moyes signed him to Everton.
Villaini joined Everton since 2008 in Liège.
