In his address, the Permanent Ambassador of Kuwait to the UN, Ambassador Ahmad Al-Bakr, the Kuwaiti Minister of Petroleum, Electricity and Water, Khalid Al-Fadil emphasized the importance of establishing a genuine Arab framework for constructive cooperation and policy coherence, and for carrying out joint programs and projects to meet the challenges.
