Oil prices have fallen sharply today after an important Saudi source told Reuters that Aramco's production could return to normal levels in a few weeks, faster than initially expected after the fall after the attacks.
The source said it was possible to restore production lost as a result of attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia in two or three weeks, adding that the Kingdom was about to recover 70 percent of lost production 5.7 million barrels a day.
Brent dropped 5.4% to 65.30 dollars per barrel at 1350 GMT, while the US West Texas Intermediate lost 3.8% to 60.50 dollars per barrel.
