A scrolling video highlighted a moment when a "driver" invented a problem with a local resident, throwing him into a heated debate that turned into a mere rhetoric and hand-seizure.
In detail, the passage showed the driver of the jeep driving in a car inside the neighborhood and standing in front of the citizen's house and entering with him in a discussion to get out of the car, hold hands and to receive a heavy slap.
