Egyptian international Hussein Al-Shahat scored a goal for Al Ain in the precious victory over Al Wasl (3-1) in the 12th round of the UAE Premier League Championship at Zabeel Stadium.

Al Shahat scored his goal in the 90th minute to end the game for his team before the referee's whistle to score the third goal and confirm the valuable victory that brought Al Ain to the top.

Al Ain leads 28 points with a different goal difference from Sharjah, who outshines Al-Shahat face-to-face and waits for Al-Jazeera to play his 12th match which, if he wins, will reach the same balance.

Hussein Al-Shahat raised his goals in the Arab League Gulf (UAE) to six goals, which allowed him to jump from the top of the list occupied by Wilton Suarez and Ali Mbkhot by 7 goals.

Hussein al-Shahat was closely associated with the move to Al-Ahly in January after finishing his Al-Ain assignment at the World Club Cup, which begins this month in the UAE.
