Faisal Bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, Prince of Riyadh, said he was concerned about the lack of employee presence in the Al-Kharj municipality.

The emir of Riyadh opened the new building today and asked the staff to hear their complaint.

In a statement that followed the opening, the Riyadh emir stressed that he was keen to listen to the staff, as direct meeting is better in such cases.

He continued: If the employee spoke to me, I see him, but if he does not speak, I do not see him as Arabic wisdom said: Speak up to this that I see you.

The Prince of Riyadh said: I wanted the presence of the employee in his office until he discussed the services provided to the citizens and listened to his proposals and his complaint.
