On Sunday, heavy rains fell on the Mecca region, extending to the mosque of Mecca and its surroundings.

A video of the rain has been documented in the corridors and courtyards of the Great Mosque and the central area.

The rains did not prevent the pilgrims from going to the Umrah and Tawaaf in the sacred House of Allah, some of them used the rain to pray and pray to the Creator.

The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection had predicted today the torrential rain in the Mecca region and in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
