He stressed the support of Arab countries to the efforts of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to tackle what is called Islamophobia.

For his part, Abdul Razzaq Gambogo, Gabonese Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, spokesman for the African Group, expressed his aspiration to cooperate with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and strengthen partnerships with Member States. "We are eager to meet the challenges that hinder the development of our societies," he said, noting that Africa has the tools to fight extremists, which have proven effective on the ground.

He added that the Palestinian cause needed a lot of support and expression on all platforms and in different ways to support the Palestinian people and support its just claims, the main one being the construction of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital and the commitment of the international community to the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian refugees.
