"Arab countries will declare their commitment to peace in the Middle East, Israel will be surrounded by international law and there will be no normalization," said Arab summit spokesman Mahmoud al-Khimiri.
"The preparatory meeting held today at the ministerial level of the Economic and Social Council unanimously recognized the need to meet the challenges of unification of ranks," he said at a conference of press. "The integration of the countries of the region is still not hoped because of the conditions experienced by some Arab countries.
He added that "the Palestinian issue is unique to the Arab summit and Arab countries are clearly committed to the peace option for the Palestinian cause".
Regarding Syria's return to the Arab League, he stressed the great Arab interaction and extensive consultations on the Syrian issue. There is no Arab consensus on Syria's return to university and the solution to the Syrian crisis between the Arab countries has not yet matured.
He stressed that "the Arab countries are obliged to support the efforts of the United Nations envoy to Syria and that the Arab countries will confirm the invalidity of any decision affecting the Syrian Golan".
On Monday evening, US President Donald Trump signed a decree recognizing Israeli "sovereignty" over the occupied Syrian Golan in the presence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The nations of the world have stood up to the Trump Declaration, calling it "false" and "contrary to international law".
Israel occupied the Syrian plateau in Golan in 1967, and the Knesset passed its law in 1981, but the international community still considers the region as occupied Syrian territory.
On the Libyan issue, said the spokesman of the Arab summit, Mahmoud al-Khmeri, on the absence of Arab differences on the Libyan issue and the search for a peaceful solution to the crisis, as well as the need for support the efforts of the international envoy in Libya.
He called on Iran to Khmeri to stop interfering in the internal affairs of the Arab countries.
