And Megan Markle said in an interview with US media Oprah Winfrey that she was uncomfortable living in the palace, and revealed that there were those who spoke to her husband, Prince Harry, who is pregnant, and have expressed concerns to her about the complexion of the next baby and if it will be brown, as Markle’s mother is of African descent.

UK network “Sky News” reported asking Prince William about what had been raised about racism, and he replied firmly: “We are not a racist family at all.”

Prince William explained that he has yet to speak to his brother Prince Harry, who lives in California, but intends to do so.

Prince William made the remarks during a visit to a school in east London on Thursday morning, alongside the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate.

The meeting with Prince Harry and his wife created a crisis unprecedented in decades for the royal family, after the couple said they were not supported in the palace, but rather harassed.

Earlier, Buckingham Palace issued a statement saying what had been raised about the race issue was a cause for concern and would be dealt with in a private family setting.

A palace spokesperson said: “The royal family are sad as they learn of the hardships Prince Harry and his wife have faced in recent years.”

The palace added that Prince Harry, his wife Megan Markle and their son Archie will always be loved by the royal family.

In their shocking interview, Prince Harry and his wife also opened up about Prince William and his wife Kate, and how the relationship was so convulsive.

Markle said the Duchess of Cambridge had made him cry on one occasion and later apologized for the question with phrases and a bouquet of flowers.
