What does the fiery surface of the sun look like?

China’s Fengyun-3 E satellite has successfully captured a new high-resolution image of the Sun’s surface.

And, according to the British newspaper The Independent, the image was taken of the sun, while the intensity of the precise spectral radiation was in the shortwave ultraviolet range.

The captured image will help observers of the sun’s spectral radiation to verify the subtle changes in energy entering the Earth and its impact on the climate.

And cause solar activities, including flares that release energy to Earth, disrupting a number of infrastructures on our planet, by modifying the magnetic field.

Scientists will take advantage of the image to provide accurate information related to the weather in space, ensuring the safety of astronauts and vehicles, when traveling outside of Earth’s atmosphere.

It should be noted that the satellite, launched last July, aims to help researchers predict the weather more accurately, assess changes in the space atmosphere and their impact on Earth.
