What's going on in the big red spot?

The big red spot is one of the best-known features of the buyer's atmosphere and the entire solar system, a storm that surpasses the Earth.

The cyclone-resistant cyclone storm, at a speed of up to 500 km / h, has been a prominent feature observed since 1830. It has long been a source of scientific intriguers and an important topic for scientific studies.

Much information about the Great Red Spot is still unknown, including when and how it formed, which gave it a red color and why it lasted longer than other storms observed in the atmosphere of the gaseous giant.

However, astronomers believe that its position in latitude, still observed at 22 degrees south of the equator of Jupiter, is associated with the prominent spheres of the cloud in the atmosphere of Jupiter.

The land has masses of land that cause the loss of major energy storms by friction with a solid surface, unlike Jupiter, without which the storms are longer.

However, even under Jupiter's standards, the big red dot is not yet fully understood, but scientists know that Jupiter's storms, located in bands of the same pair, tend to last a very long time.

These rotating colored clouds are dark belts and bright areas that rotate in opposite directions, parallel to the equator of the buyer.

Scientists suggest that differences in chemical composition, temperature and atmospheric transparency of light contribute to the formation of belts and areas of color.

An analysis of recent historical data on the large red spot showed that it was shrinking and becoming longer and more rotated, and also changing color over time, after 300 years of fermentation.

Scientists do not yet know what is driving the big red dot towards these changes and what will result in the future of this big storm on the gas giant.

NASA's Jono Spacecraft, currently in orbit around Jupiter, is collecting more data on cloud belts and the big red spot. These new data should help to better understand the atmosphere of the buyer.
