Zamalek’s handball team won the African Supercup after beating traditional rival Al-Ahly 28-27, in a match that took place today, Friday, in the city on October 6.
The first half ended with a 16-14 lead for Al-Ahly, before Zamalek returned the table and won at the end of the second half events, with a powerful shot at Yahya Al -Daraa in the last second.

Zamalek has won the seventh title in his history in the African Super Cup, where he has won the title 6 times previously in 2002, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2018 and 2019.
