The MIT Entrepreneurship Forum in the Arab World launched the 14th digital edition of the MIT Forum Arab Startup Competition by inviting Arab entrepreneurs from all sectors to submit entries to participate through the annual competition website, the oldest of its kind in the MENA region, specially designed to support Arab innovations.
The competition is organized in partnership with “Community Jameel”, the global charity which runs several initiatives aimed at creating positive change in society and achieving economic sustainability, and in cooperation with the MIT Entrepreneurship Forum with “Zain Group” , the leading company in the fields of digital innovation in the Middle East and Africa, as a partner. The MIT Forum Arab Startup Competition has turned into an annual event awaited by thousands of young entrepreneurs across the Arab world, who see it as a platform for them to present, test and develop their creative ideas. according to three components: the ideas path, the startups path and the social entrepreneurship path.
The competition awards cash prizes totaling $ 160,000 as teams that qualify for the semi-finals participate in a series of preparatory activities including training courses, mentoring sessions and workshops. During the final stages of the competition, the jury will select 9 final winners (3 teams). For each track).
