Zamalek's board of directors decided to suspend Mohammed Suweilm, the club's general manager, and to send him back to the investigation, on the basis of what Suweil said Tuesday night and published a photo of the Moroccan Khaled Boutaib, who would have joined the team via his account on the social networking site "Facebook".
Zamalek vice president, Ahmed Galal Ibrahim, was informed of the investigation, according to Zamalek's official website.
For his part, Mohamed Sweilem denied having published the image "Boutaib", pointing out that the page is falsified and does not represent at all.
The general manager of Zamalek said that he was not allowed to talk about Zamalek's offers, especially as the management of the ball is completely separate from the club management.
