The artist’s lawyer, Ahmed Ezz, has asked the Nasr City Temporary Affairs Court to transfer his two sons of artist Zina from the British School to another school.
While the artist’s lawyer, Zina, argued during the trial, her right to the educational supervision of her twins – Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din – from the artist Ahmed Ezz.
Zina’s lawyer argued and submitted 9 portfolios of documents to the court, including judgments in her favor, in similar cases. In statements to media, the lawyer confirmed that the ongoing trial is the fifth in which the court refuses to transfer the twins to another school.
On June 11, 2020, the Nasr City Family Court rejected the complaint filed by artist Ahmed Ezz, in which he requested the educational support of his two children from artist Zina and their transfer to another school.
The family court had decided in January 2018 to remove artist Zina from artist Ahmed Ezz, and also forced him to pay 29,000 pounds for the education costs of his two sons.
