Zoran arrives in Riyadh to lead the crescent
Croatian coach Zoran Mamic arrived Thursday morning in Riyadh to prepare for the official signing of Al Hilal, who will succeed the first team in place of Portuguese Jorge Jesús.
Al-Riyadiya said last week that the leadership of the Al-Hilal club, led by Prince Mohammed bin Faisal, had agreed with Croatian Zoran to lead the team to succeed Jorge Jesús.
Zoran Mamic was crowned with Al Ain in league and local league last season and brought him to reach the final of the World Club Championship against Real Madrid.
The Croatian coach had previously led the Al-Nasr club, Hilal's traditional rival in 2016, before leaving for Al Ain.
Mamic began his career with Croatian club Dynamo Zagreb and won the league three times in a row, before forming the Saudi club.
