After the 2018 season, three quarterbacks seemed doomed to greatness after their third season. Since then things have changed dramatically and the 2016 NFL Draft has rocked.

In this draft, the Los Angeles Rams selected Jared Goff with the first overall pick. Carson Wentz followed him, chosen by the Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys only selected Dak Prescott in the fourth round, the eighth quarterback taken. Three seasons later, all three were coming out of playoff seasons and had reached the Pro Bowl.

Now Wentz and Goff are on new teams while Prescott is in contentious contract negotiations with the Cowboys. So, after five years, where are the quarters with the fans?

Fans across the country expect Prescott to have the best season of the three in just about every major category, according to the most recent SB Nation Reacts poll. More importantly, a slight plurality of fans believe Prescott and the Cowboys will win the most games. With 46% of the vote for the Cowboys, 41% chose Wentz and the Indianapolis Colts and 12% chose Goff and the Detroit Lions.

When speaking specifically of quarterback play, an even larger majority believe Prescott will have the best season, even after his injury last year. 72% of fans believe Prescott will score the most touchdowns (assists and runs), followed by 18% for Wentz and 10% for Goff.

Even the pure passage should favor Prescott, according to fans. 61% of fans believe the Cowboys QB will have the highest passer rating this season, followed by 20% for Wentz and 19% for Goff.
