Jenny Mollen opened her doors to Instagram followers this week after her 5-year-old son, Sid, was admitted to an intensive care unit.
Mollen, who is married to actor Jason Biggs, posted a picture of herself and Sid, but covered her face with emojis. She wrote: "Saturday night, I left my son on his head, causing him to fracture his skull and land in the intensive care unit."
She then thanked the hospital staff, as well as a message to her husband: "But @ biggsjason, thank god for you! Thank you my god, thank you God, thank you.
Jenny added, "The week has been traumatic, but Sid is at home and slowly taking things to recover. He also eats a lot of ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and plans to try the cherry dip soon. "
She concluded by addressing a note to other parents and mothers: "My thoughts are with all parents who find themselves or will find themselves in such a situation. You are not alone … "
Jenny and Jason are also parents of Lazlo, a year old.
