Amazon’s ever-expanding line of Echo gadgets go on sale regularly, and this is certainly the time of year when discounts will fly quickly. That’s certainly the case today: We’re seeing a number of Echo gadgets in the mix for Amazon’s Epic Daily Deals section, which looks like a burst of Prime Day or Black Friday-style markdowns.

The first is the Echo Dot smart speaker – specifically, the third-generation puck-shaped version of 2018. It features all of the same Alexa skills as other Echo smart speakers, and while the design is outdated, it still looks prettier than the original with its fabric construction, available in three colors. Amazon typically sells it for $ 40, but today you can pick one up for just $ 25, with a Sengled color-changing smart bulb thrown in for free. It’s a good deal if you can live without the Echo Dot’s new spherical design (this pack typically costs $ 55).

Then the Echo Show 8, Amazon’s 8-inch Alexa touchscreen smart display. It’s a great kitchen companion, able to walk you through a recipe, host video chats with friends and family, or stream music or TV while you cook, CNET’s Dave Priest called the thing Amazon’s best smart display yet when he reviewed it last Halloween. Now, less than a year later, it can be yours for the sale price of $ 70, down from the original asking price of $ 110.

The latest on sale is the fourth generation Echo Dot Kids Edition, which comes in the new spherical shape and features fun designs, like the panda seen here. Additionally, the Echo Dot Kids Edition features curated kids’ content and enhanced parental controls.
