Scott Disick's pool gets a makeover: discover the beautiful before and after!

Luxury home renovation, what is it? Scott Disick makes a living, but the real estate professional is still spending time on his personal projects, especially when he feels inspired.

"Let's take a look at this pool," he told an interior architect Willa Ford during the new Sunday Flip It Like Disick, before descending into a large rectangular cavity located along an elevated house terrace in Beverly Hills. "Because it makes me think, my house would be such a different world if we did the landscape, the hardscape and the pool."

The couple's private tour on the terrace took place at the end of a long guided tour, offered by Scott's friend and real estate developer. Ilan, who had just redesigned a 15,000 square foot alabaster oasis offering a panoramic view of L.A. Needless to say, after examining the second floor swim of the mansion, Scott was sold to that idea.

"Seeing this pool definitely makes me know that I want to make a big infinity type swimming pool at zero edge," he said, which – for those of us who are less familiar with the terms of construction – Essentially involves reconfiguring the perimeter so that the water flows freely on all sides. Therefore, "zero" edges.

"Basically, it looks like it's floating," said Talentless's founder. "And that definitely seems more expensive."

Before the update, Scott's court at Hidden Hills was a little retro. Between his Cape Cod-style home and the vast mountain range just beyond, was a kidney-shaped freestanding pool that, according to its (former) owner, "literally looks like a 70s porn movie".

So, to propel the outside trump in this century, Scott asked Willa to help him find the perfect materials. Taking note of several zero edge infinity pools that he had seen in Bali, the father of three children will be sitting on a deep turquoise tile for the new pool interior, a darker tile for the pool. outside and a slate-colored sidewalk for the circumference (ie "hardscape").

"So, when you see it, it looks roughly like a piece of floating glass," Scott told himself, adding that his plans for the redesign would also include an infinite element facing his million dollar vision, "so he seems like all the water overflowing into the mountain ".

With his vision in place, Scott, Willa and a fast team of subcontractors Miki Mor was not included, which was an entirely different thing) started in the yard. After reconstructing the shape and constructing an enveloping siphon to catch the overflow, Scott's new 30-foot pool was on the verge of becoming a zero touch and even included a separate spa area for added luxury.

When the project was finished, Scott invited the team to his home to celebrate. While he and Willa were working hard at overhauling the house, his colleagues had managed to sell the lush Malibu property they had been sitting on since. Flip It Like Disickthe pilot episode of.

"Good job!" he grilled – like him and the rest of the crew, Benny Luciano, Kozette Luciano and Lindsay Diamond champagne popped by the pool – and the group followed suit.

Of course, the double win meeting was not complete until someone dumped someone else in the water, and that lucky person turned out to be Lindsay (though Benny , who assisted Scott with the draw, almost fell into himself, because no edge remembers!)

Fortunately for them, Lindsay has a sense of humor. It could however recommend the installation of a heater.
