Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game – Complete Edition was a very successful modern relaunch, according to Limited Run Games.

Although the digital version of Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game was released by Ubisoft, it was the Limited Run Games that oversaw the physical release of the game.

Limited Run Games is responsible for three versions of Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game – Complete Edition, and pre-orders for the Switch and PS4 versions of the base game, the Classic Edition or the KO Edition opening on January 15th.

“In less than 3 hours, we sold 25,000 copies of Scott Pilgrim on Switch!” tweeted Douglas Bogart of Limited Run Games (via Siliconera). “Thank you very much for your support in making this the greatest release of all time!”

Perhaps part of the appetite for the new version of the game stems from its particular history: it first launched on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in August 2010. The game was removed from list four. years later and there has been widespread confusion over the reasons for its removal from storefronts (and why it is not available) since.

Since Limited Run announced that it will ship physical versions of the title, the company has generated enormous interest. If you want to purchase the physical version of the game, there is still time for you to get a pre-order in: Limited-Race Ships around the world will accept pre-orders for another three weeks.

Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game – Complete Edition will launch digitally on January 14 on PC via the Epic Games Store, PS4, Stadia, Switch, Uplay +, and Xbox One.
