Basics of practice
Each NFL team can have up to 10 players in its training team.
Players from the training team … train with the team. They do not play in games.

The players of the training teams are paid by the week and can be released at any time of the season.
The players of the training teams are free to sign with other NFL teams, but they must be registered on the list of active players of the buying team, consisting of 53 people. A player of a training team can not be signed with another training team unless he is released for the first time.
A player on the training team can not sign with the imminent opponent of his team, unless he does so six days before the next match or 10 days if his team is currently in a week .
If a player from the training team is listed on the active player list, he will receive a minimum of three weekly paychecks, even if he is released before spending three weeks with the new team.
