SEC 2019 tournament support, schedule: the Florida Gators enter 8th position

Just over a week ago, the Florida Gators had a chance to advance to the SEC 2019 Tournament after winning five straight games, including three on their regular season schedule. Florida (17-14, 9-9 SEC) has lost its last three games, including a shocking defeat to Georgia, and is participating in this year's SEC tournament as the No. 8 seed that will open the festivities Thursday at Nashville, Tennessee.

Florida No. 8 and No. 9 Arkansas will face Thursday at 1 pm. AND live on SEC network. The winner will face the No. 1 seed of the tournament in LSU on Friday, while the loser will return home in this single elimination category.

Gators must win at least a game to win a place in the 2019 NCAA Tournament.

Wednesday, March 13
Game 1: (12) Missouri against (13) Georgia – 19h. on the SEC network
Game 2: (11) Texas A & M vs. (14) Vanderbilt – 9:30 pm. on the SEC network

Thursday, March 14
Game 3: (8) Florida against (9) Arkansas – 1:00 pm. on the SEC network

Game 5: (7) Ole Miss vs. (10) Alabama – 19h. on the SEC network
Game 6: (6) Mississippi State Vs. Winner of the game 2 – 9:30 pm on the SEC network
