(FOX 9) – Newly unsealed court documents reveal more details about the quadruple homicide in Dunn County, Wisconsin. It comes as the second suspect surrendered to Arizona authorities.
The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office said Antoine Suggs, 37, turned into a cop in Gilbert, Arizona on Friday. He recently lived in the Phoenix area, but had moved back to Minnesota in recent weeks. Suggs will be transported to the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix, where he will await his extradition to Wisconsin.
Suggs’ father, Darren McWright, 56, also known as Darren Osborne, of St. Paul, was arrested earlier this week. The two men are charged with four counts of hiding a dead body, according to complaints filed with the Dunn County District Court. Dunn County Sheriff says Osborne is Suggs’ biological father.
Family members of the victims say the charges and arrests come close to justice.

According to the sheriff’s office, at around 2:18 p.m., the dispatcher received a call to 911 reporting a death in the town of Sheridan. The victims were found in an abandoned black Mercedes Benz GL which was driven through a cornfield off a rural road.
The four victims, 30-year-old Nitosha Flug-Presley of Stillwater, 26-year-old Matthew Pettus of St. Paul, 35-year-old Loyace Foreman III of St. Paul and 30-year-old Jasmine Sturm of St. Paul were found dead in a car on Sunday after- midday. Each victim had at least one gunshot wound to the head, according to the criminal complaint.
According to the charges, Flug-Presley was in the front passenger seat while the other three were in the back seat. The driver’s seat was empty. Investigators found Suggs’ Arizona ID inside the SUV.

On September 13, an informant told the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office that he saw two vehicles, a Mercedes and a Nissan, near Sheridan Town Hall hours before the car was found with the bodies in it. inside. Investigators recovered CCTV of vehicles stopping at the nearby gas station and Bridge Stop convenience store at around 12:08 p.m. The man wearing the shirt, later identified as Osborne, was seen entering that store. After viewing the surveillance footage, a deputy found suspicious blood on the ground near where the Mercedes was parked and drove through.
From the surveillance video, authorities obtained the Nissan license plate, which dated back to a house in Saint-Paul. A family member said Suggs was in town visiting from Arizona and Suggs borrowed a car on September 12. The Nissan had been returned on September 13 and was at home when an investigator visited it.
Two of Flug-Presley’s relatives told authorities she had a relationship with Suggs, according to the charges. However, her father Damone Presley, Sr. said that was not the case. The criminal complaint shows that she had a contact for Suggs on her phone.
A witness told investigators they last saw Flug-Presley, Sturm and Petts near a bar in St. Paul in the early morning hours of September 12 and saw them get into a black SUV. Employees at the White Squirrel bar in St. Paul were able to identify Suggs from a series of photos and said they were “90% sure” they saw him with Flug-Presley.
Investigators are still trying to determine where the homicide took place.
