The NFL has not repressed Cowboys halfback Ezekiel Elliott after an altercation with a security guard in Las Vegas in May, but he wants Elliott to be criminally prosecuted.

Safety officer Kyle Johnson went to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Headquarters Friday and said he wanted to file a lawsuit for batteries. He then told FOX 5 in Las Vegas that he was troubled by the NFL's decision to do nothing about it.

"To do nothing to it, the NFL says it's okay to go to Vegas, get out of the way and push people over the barriers," said Johnson.

Elliot apologized after the incident, but Johnson did not believe the apology was genuine.

"Simply unfriendly. Like "I have to do that, I have to do that. I do not want to be here right now, "said Johnson about Elliott's apology.

Johnson said that he was just trying to do his job by raising his hand to keep Elliott out of a restricted area, and Elliott responded by attacking him. Johnson also said that he had been threatened on social networks by Cowboy fans. Now, he would like Elliott to face the consequences of his actions.
