Interactive Saber, the developer behind the next Ghostbusters: the remastered video game, has launched a new trailer (see above) for the game while pre-orders are available on Switch and other consoles. The remastering HD of the ten-year old Terminal Reality game (which brought together the essence of the original cast) will be released again on October 4th.
The gameplay featured in the trailer is outstanding – make no mistake, the HD images are lovely, but it seems to be acting the same game we played and enjoyed in 2009. However, the main attraction here is Dr. Raymond. Stanz himself! Actor, writer and comedian Dan Aykroyd appears as the heart of the Ghostbusters alongside their trusty vehicle, Ecto-1.
Aykroyd and screenwriter / director Harold Ramis (who played the role of Egon and who unfortunately died in 2014) formed the editorial team of the original films. They both came back on this game, which positioned itself as the "Ghostbusters 3" that fans have never had. to have. Of course, Aykroyd also comes back for the real Ghostbusters 3 next year, the second sequel currently in production with catchy catchy headline Ghostbusters 2020.
