The Silver Linings Playbook The actor was pictured on the streets of New York on Thursday, the same day the news broke she was pregnant with her first child. The star wore a white Leset Pointelle short-sleeved t-shirt under a loose floral jumpsuit that covered her new round belly. She also rocked pink jelly sandals, a beige Dior Bobby crossbody bag, layered necklaces and black cat eye sunglasses.

The Hunger games Representatives for the actor confirmed earlier this week that she is expecting her first child with her husband, art gallery director Cooke Maroney. It would be Lawrence and Maroney’s first baby.
The couple first bonded in June 2018 and got engaged in February 2019. Lawrence and Maroney tied the knot in a private ceremony at the Belcourt Mansion in Rhode Island on October 19, 2019. They also hosted a wedding reception with 150 guests, including famous friends. Adele, Kris Jenner, Amy Schumer and Emma Stone, by People.
Although Lawrence rarely speaks publicly about her relationship, she did gush about her husband during an appearance on the former E! Catt Sadler’s press host NU with Catt Sadler podcast, sharing that she met Maroney in New York City while taking time out to perform in 2018.
When asked why she chose to marry him, Lawrence replied, “I don’t know, I started with the basics: ‘How do I feel? Is he nice? Is he nice?’ “
“It’s just – that’s the one, I know it sounds really stupid but he’s right, he’s – you know. He’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met, so I feel very honored to become Maroney, ”she added.
