Slipknot staged his first concert in nearly three years on Friday on Jimmy Kimmel Livewhere the band played their new single "Unsainted" and "All Out Life" from 2018 for the first time live.
Slipknot's Kimmel mini-set, the group's first concert since November 2016, follows the announcement of the release of their sixth album earlier this week. We are not your kind, scheduled for August 9, and the video of his first single "Unsainted".
Slipknot released last time .5: The gray chapter in 2014; on Halloween, the band unveiled the independent single "All Out Life". We do not know if this title will also appear on We are not your kind.
Kimmel's mini-concert, which featured the band's new masks, was also Slipknot's first without percussionist Chris Fehn – who was sacked from the group after filing a lawsuit against Slipknot – in addition to 20 years.
In support of We are not your kindSlipknot will participate in the North American tour of Knotfest Roadshow, organized in 29 cities, starting July 26 at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California.
