See the moment of emotion as Beth and Duane's Dog & # 39; Chapman learned that his cancer was back

Beth Chapman will make his last television appearance on Wednesday in the episode of The most wanted dog – and it's going to be emotional. An excerpt from tonight's clip shows when Beth and Duane "Dog" Chapman learn that her cancer is not responding to treatment. Beth, Dog and their daughter Cecily drive when they receive a call from Beth's doctor.

"I have received test results on your immunotherapy," begins the doctor. "I do not like to say it, but unfortunately, your tumor does not improve thanks to immunotherapy."

Immunotherapy, sometimes called biotherapy, is a treatment that uses parts of a person's immune system to fight the disease.

"I think I need to advise you to start with chemotherapy," says the doctor. "I have to make an appointment as soon as possible and next Monday will it work?"

Shaken Beth replies, "No, no, no, I have to treat it first, then remember, okay?"

"That's exactly your decision, I just wanted to inform you of the results," the doctor concluded. "In the end, I know that Dog and you will make the right decision."

Beth deceased June 26th. She was diagnosed for the first time with stage II throat cancer in 2017 and announced that she was beating it successfully months later. But the cancer came back in 2018. A family spokeswoman said she was suffering from stage IV lung cancer for the second time.

Beth's battle was featured on The most wanted dog. While promoting the series, Dog, who married Beth in 2006, revealed how her vision of life changed after her death.

"I'm no longer afraid to die," he confided in a recent interview, explaining that when he is about to break a door during a dangerous bust, he said to himself, "There, Bethy." Dog imagines his wife in a heavenly garden saying, "Big Daddy, it's been a long time."

"I told my film crew after she [passed]"If something happens to me, you'd better get vaccinated," he added. "They are like, 'Boss, we're going." I am not afraid to die now, because I know where I am going and whom I will see again. "
