Citing its “important steps to remain a leader in the field of smart home”, Subsidiary of Savant GE Lighting kicks off 2021 by renaming its smart lighting line C by GE as Cync, with plans to add new devices to the line later this year.
The new Cync outdoor smart plug arrives in March and features a compact design with two outlets that you can control from your phone or with voice commands.

While some existing C by GE smart lights can connect to Siri if you use GE’s C-Reach plug-in hub, the new Cync smart plugs and other Cync gadgets will not work with this hub or with HomeKit at all, however. less. not at launch.
