The second round of elections in Georgia next January is not just about “controlling the Senate” but “controlling the legislative program for America,” Sen. Tim Scott, RS.C., told Hannity on Wednesday.

“The two sides couldn’t be further apart,” Scott told guest host Trey Gowdy. “One party wants a $ 4 trillion tax increase, and the way you [Democrats] get that? Win two seats in Georgia. “

Scott further claimed that if Democrats won the Senate, “the average person who listens will” see “a 60% increase in your taxes. [and] for single mothers, a 70% increase in your taxes.

In contrast, Scott promised, “When we win those two seats, we’ll fund the police, not what the Democrats want to do.” [which] is defund the police.
