Olten (ots) – The 19th round of negotiations for the renewal of the National Convention (CN) expiring at the end of 2018 was held on November 28, 2018 in Olten. The talks took place in a very committed environment. Today, it has not yet been possible to reach agreement on improvements in the CN and any related salary increases. For this reason, the social partners have decided to set an extraordinary round of negotiations that will take place next Monday, December 3, 2018. For its part, the Swiss Society of Entrepreneurs (SSE) is eager for a solution to be found again this year.
