Dakar, Nov. 28 (APS) – The budget of the Ministry of Livestock and Animal Production for the financial year 2019 rose by 5% in relative value, APS learned on Wednesday when it was examined by deputies, in the National Assembly.
It amounts to 24 billion 925 million CFA francs, against 23 billion 782 million CFA francs, according to the report of presentation of which the APS is aware. It has thus increased by 1 billion 143 million FCFA in absolute value and 5% in relative value.
The deputies, during the technical commissions, had welcomed the annual supply "always surplus sheep during the festivities of Tabaski to the great satisfaction of populations and the President of the Republic," notes the report.
