According to information from Dakarswagg.net, Baye Ciss who was tried by default, is subject to an arrest warrant. This, following the complaint filed the ex Dg of CIMPEX Guinea, Yakhiya Diouf before the bar of the Criminal Court for offense of fraud and breach of trust concerning 78 billion F.
Facts that reproaches Yakhiya Diouf, a Senegalese established in the United States. The latter, a young computer scientist who made his fortune in the country of Uncle Samb, wanted to return and install his business in Senegal. But big was his surprise when he had deal with the "new billionaire" for a market of 78,000,000Frs CFA …. After multiple referrals of the trial for non-appearance of mis en cause, the Criminal Court of Dakar had proceeded, to a default judgment. Why ? Because simply Baye Ciss had fled the country since 2001, escaping conviction for similar facts.
According to documents in possession of Dakarswagg, the Dean of Judges Mamadou Abdoulaye Diouf, had placed under the arrest warrant the ex CEO of CIMPEX, Baye Ibrahima Niass Ciss. The latter had obtained a criminal mediation …. The facts date back to 2001.
Yakhiya Diouf sold computers to the disciple of the great Imam Serigne Sheikh Tidiane Aly Cisse of Madina Baye. The accused Baye Ibrahima Niass, following the protocol of the penal mediation had made the commitment to pay to the civil party the sum of 78.400.000FRs according to a moratorium and had also given as guarantee his vehicle of mark Jepp Cherokee Dk 3442E.
However the new billionaire had not respected its commitments, informs Dakarswagg. This means that Baye Ciss, the man who dreams of modernizing Kaolack seems caught up in his past. But he denied that no arrest warrant was issued against him. He threatened to sue. But the documents we publish below do not plead in his favor.
